You may request a return within 30 days, under the terms of this commercial policy. It does not replace your legal rights and does not limit them.
Your legal right of withdrawal
For a distance sale concluded with a consumer in the European Union, a legal right of withdrawal may apply, under the conditions and time limits set by the law in force. This right is distinct from the 30-day commercial policy. The 30 days do not cancel, replace or reduce this legal right.
For goods made to particular specifications (made to measure), some exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply where the law so provides. These exceptions, if any, are stated before the order.
